Today, Fitness Trainers are used by people of all ages and fitness levels. All of our Fitness Trainers are highly credentialed, experienced, certified and ready to help you achieve your ultimate health and fitness goals. Training services include both one-on-one and small group training.

CRICKET

‘Brahmavara Sports Club’ offers a slew of training and coaching methods, which are integrated with the best in international cricket and would be customized to meet the needs of the individuals and teams. This would also ensure and enable the team along with the individuals to attain the desired levels and to be cut above the rest.

BADMINTON

The center offers membership on a monthly/quarterly/half yearly and annual basis. One could also book the courts on an hourly basis as per the availability. We also offer professional Badminton training for startups and advance level players throughout the year.

SWIMMING

Swimming is an early specialization sport. It is an activity that burns lots of calories, is easy on the joints, supports body weight, and builds muscular strength and endurance. It also improves cardiovascular fitness, cools you off and refreshes you in summer. Toddlers to adults can enjoy this facility as Brahmavar Sports Club also has a baby pool for the tiny tots.

LAWN TENNIS

Brahmavara Sports Club brings to you three state-of-the-art synthetic lawn tennis courts in Udupi. These courts are low maintenance and get drained quickly after a bout of rain, which helps save valuable playing time.

TABLE TENNIS

Table Tennis is an exciting game that can be played by two or four players. Even recreational players can relatively quickly become highly skilled. The players hit a lightweight ball back and forth using rackets. The game is usually played on a hard table divided by a net.

BASKETBALL

This Basketball training program has the proper amount of sets and reps for each primary and supplemental lift. All workouts are in order of priority. Primary lifts are completed before any supplemental lifts, and supplemental lifts #1 are completed before supplemental lifts #2. If for any reason you do not have enough time to complete all the lifts, follow the order of priority.

ATHLETICS

Athletics is a group of sporting events that involves competitive running, jumping, throwing, and walking. The most common types of athletics competitions are track and field, road running, cross country running, and racewalking.
